General Shipping Information
We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Second Day, Next Day, and Overnight delivery. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend.Also note that once we ship the orders we are not responsible for carrier delays. We know that considering this wild year, they will love the gift, and you, even if it is a skosh delayed.

Your gift order will be made fresh for you or your lucky recipient, and it’ll arrive on the day you choose.
You WILL receive both your order & shipping confirmation often earlier than we actually ship your gift. That's because our system generates a label when your order is prepped.
How it works:
Free 2 day shipping automatically applies to domestic orders over $95 per shipping address. That means if you're placing a huge multiple address order, free shipping only applies on a per address basis.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We at Fames Chocolates hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to quality and freshness. Our specialized packaging along with expedited shipping into certain states ensure your chocolates arrive perfectly, whatever the weather. This type of premium delivery can result in higher shipping costs during the warmest months of the year and in certain states all year round. Our goal - fresh, perfect chocolates, every time!

We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift

For purchases made on Fameschocolates.com, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive your gifts! We don't accept returns or exchanges. If it gets damaged or any order error, please contact Customer Care for a prompt and courteous replacement.

Our system automatically sends out shipping confirmations with tracking numbers when your order is prepped. Do not be alarmed, we're still holding it in our factory.
DO THE CHOCOLATE GIFTS COME WITH A GIFT CARD?
Each Fames Chocolates includes a gift card. You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.
