Your gift order will be made fresh for you or your lucky recipient, and it’ll arrive on the day you choose. 

You WILL receive both your order & shipping confirmation often earlier than we actually ship your gift. That's because our system generates a label when your order is prepped.

We’d love to help you personalize a luxury gift box with your company logo to build loyalty and brand recognition. SHIPPING

We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Second Day, Next Day, and Overnight delivery. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend.

Please note that once we ship the orders we are not responsible for carrier delays. We know that considering this wild year, they will love the gift, and you, even if it is a skosh delayed.

Once we receive your order, the chocolate is carefully hand-packed and then shipped out in a timely fashion. Keeping freshness and quality as top priorities, our shipping schedule adjusts for cooler time periods vs. warmer months. Your order's arrival also depends on the shipping method selected.


Mid-October through March: Orders placed on a weekday are usually shipped out same business day. (Only orders received before the 2 pm EST cutoff will ship out that same day.) If you select Standard Shipping, your order will arrive within the date range selected at checkout. If you choose Expedited Shipping, your order will arrive on the exact date selected at checkout.


April through mid-October:

We are committed to delivering the best chocolate experience possible.  In order to deliver your chocolate in perfect condition, we reserve the right to hold your order if temperatures pose a risk of damage. Please allow 2 business days to process and ship your order. All orders will ship between Monday and Wednesday, as we do not ship chocolate over the weekend due to unpredictable temperatures. Contact sales@fameschocolates.com with any questions.

We at Fames Chocolates hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to quality and freshness. Our specialized packaging along with expedited shipping into certain states ensure your chocolates arrive perfectly, whatever the weather. This type of premium delivery can result in higher shipping costs during the warmest months of the year and in certain states all year round. Our goal - fresh, perfect chocolates, every time!

We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift

All of the chocolate nuts, organic chocolate, and the nut cluster gift assortment are vegan. Our chocolate gift boxes may contain eggs and are not vegan.

For purchases made on Fameschocolates.com, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive your gifts! We don't accept returns or exchanges. If it gets damaged or any order error, please contact Customer Care for a prompt and courteous replacement.

Our system automatically sends out shipping confirmations with tracking numbers when your order is prepped. Do not be alarmed, we're still holding it in our factory.

Each Fames Chocolates includes a gift card. You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.

All of our chocolates are made on the same machines. We produce chocolate with nuts in our facility. Though we do a thorough cleansing between production runs, it is possible that traces of allergen ingredients may be left in our machines,. We have a complete allergen mitigation program in place to ensure there is as little cross-contamination of allergenic ingredients as possible. We participate in the voluntary labeling of our products to help you make informed choices about your health.
